1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to bdg3 ("we", "us", "the Platform"), an online casino and sports betting service operated for players based in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User") and bdg3. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the bdg3 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

bdg3 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Players are responsible for checking this page regularly to stay informed of the latest version. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the bdg3 platform immediately.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to bdg3 is restricted to eligible individuals only. The following conditions must all be satisfied before you may create an account or engage in any wagering activity on the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only).
• You must be a resident of or accessing the Platform from Bangladesh.
• You must not be an employee, affiliate, or immediate family member of any employee of bdg3.
• You must not be using a VPN or proxy service to misrepresent your geographic location.

bdg3 strictly prohibits underage gambling. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated winnings will be forfeited. We encourage parents and guardians to make use of available parental control tools.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of bdg3 services, you must register a personal account. Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any held balance.

Account Accuracy

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes but is not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your national ID or passport.
• A valid, active mobile number registered in your own name.
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid email address you actively use and control.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bdg3 operates a rigorous KYC policy. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation at any time — including a copy of your national ID (NID), utility bill, or bank statement — to verify identity and address. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delay of pending withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

bdg3 supports several local and international payment methods to ensure convenient banking for all players across Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and beyond.

Deposits

Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All deposits are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Deposits made using a payment method not registered in your own name may be declined or held pending verification. Players are solely responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to KYC verification status and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. bdg3 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to approving any withdrawal.

bdg3 does not accept or process payments associated with money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. Any account found to be engaged in such activity will be permanently closed and relevant authorities may be notified.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bdg3 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-related winnings can be approved. The specific rollover multiplier and eligible games are stated on the individual promotion page.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Winnings derived from free spins are treated as bonus funds and are subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless a promotion explicitly states that stacking is permitted. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player.
• bdg3 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who attempt to exploit bonus terms through irregular play patterns may have their bonuses voided and accounts reviewed.

Seasonal or event-specific promotions — such as those tied to the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh — may carry additional terms specific to that offer. Players must review each promotion's individual terms before participating.

6. Fair Play and Platform Security

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdg3 platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances without compensation:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system in an abusive manner.

bdg3 employs advanced fraud detection tools and cooperates with payment providers and relevant authorities to identify and address prohibited conduct. Any winnings obtained through prohibited means are considered void and will not be honoured.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdg3, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to technical failure, loss of earnings, loss of data, or any other loss or damage of any nature — even if bdg3 has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

bdg3 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events may temporarily affect Platform availability. In such cases bdg3 shall not be held responsible for any resulting losses.

9. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

bdg3 may update, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will become effective immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility as a player to review these terms periodically and to remain informed of any updates.

Material amendments that significantly affect Player rights will be communicated via in-app notification or email where feasible. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations. Any dispute arising between a Player and bdg3 shall be addressed first through our internal customer support team. Players are encouraged to raise concerns via our official support email at [email protected]. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within 30 days, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable procedures. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
